From a Single Vision to a Growing Portfolio

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, HADARA Real Estate was built on a simple idea: that careful project selection and honest advice create lasting value for the people who live in — and invest in — the homes we offer.

Over the past decade, we have worked with leading developers such as Lotus Yapı, Yıltaş, MH Grup, Kuzu Grup, Özak GYO and Mutlu İnşaat to market residential communities, mixed-use landmarks and villas across Beylikdüzü, Büyükçekmece, Avcılar, Şişli, Bakırköy and Zeytinburnu, among the most sought-after growth corridors on Istanbul's European side, and we developed our own private villa, Marmara Haven, in Büyükçekmece. Today we also offer architectural design, interior design and engineering consultancy, so clients can shape a project with us from the first idea.

  1. 2014

    HADARA Real Estate is founded in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul.

  2. 2022

    Groundbreaking of Lotus Koru 1 and Lotus İstanbul, two large-scale residential and mixed-use projects marketed by HADARA.

  3. 2023

    Launch of Lotus Koru 2, a 204-apartment community set within 17,500 m² of green and park space.

  4. 2024

    Delivery of Lotus Koru 1, and HADARA begins developing Marmara Haven Villa, its own private residence in Büyükçekmece.

  5. 2026

    Launch of Lotus Yaşam, a new 21,000 m² residential development for delivery in 2028.
